All Duck Nation products are made to order. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ducknation.com.au with a photo and order number. We'll be happy to help make it right.
